Starting from Volume 3 No 2, authors will be required to pay publication fees as outlined above for each accepted manuscript. These fees are used to support the review process, editorial work, and journal publication.

Publication Fee Waiver:
This journal provides the opportunity for authors who are facing financial difficulties to apply for a publication fee waiver. Authors may submit a request letter stating their financial constraints along with supporting documents to the journal editor at the time of submission or immediately thereafter.

Fee waiver requests will be reviewed by the editorial team and treated confidentially. Editorial decisions and the manuscript review process are entirely independent of the ability to pay the publication fee.

If an author does not have the funds, please inform the editor by submitting a fee waiver request letter. We are committed to supporting global knowledge collaboration without financial barriers for authors in need.
